From my file - I had a client age 78, delivered auto parts; up at 6 AM, rain or shine, and in the Midwest - snow and freezing temps. He HAD to work to make ends meet and pay for meds. Yet his home was free and clear - no children. A reverse mortgage was the answer - he quit his job, his health improved. It's not finance - t's a quality of life issue.
