Part-time work - for an 80-year old
"Get a job" - that's what some people say when they hear a neighbor state they need money. Well what if your neighbor is 80 and has difficulty moving around. You would not say that to them (I hope not!). But often the elderly do need money and they do take on part-time jobs. For some this is tough, as they have to work either early in the morning or late evenings, often for minimal pay. The toll on their bodies and spirits is too much some time. Some of these folks may have an option to working - and that is using their home as a a source of cash flow. Using a reverse mortgage can be a much safer way to supplement income. I've helped many seniors improve their quality of life this way; some have even quit their part-time jobs because of the option I provided. Check out www.topflitereverse.com/florian for more details.
